Miklós Teszary had the privilege of presenting at the International Council for Central and East European Studies (ICCEES) XI World Congress, hosted by University College London (UCL) and its School of Slavonic and East European Studies (SSEES). The congress gathered leading experts from around the world to discuss disruption across Central, Eastern, and South-East Europe, the Baltics, Russia, the Caucasus, and Central Asia. It was a particular honour for him to hear the keynote address by Dame Melinda Simmons, former UK Ambassador to Ukraine.
